All quotes are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change upon equipment inspection. Offers made by Revive Data are valid for a limited period and may be withdrawn or revised at any time before formal acceptance.
4. Data Security
Clients are responsible for backing up and removing any sensitive data prior to equipment pickup unless data sanitization is explicitly included as part of the service. Revive Data is not liable for data left on devices unless a written agreement for secure data destruction is in place.
5. Warranties & Liability
Refurbished products sold by Revive Data may include a limited warranty, as specified at the time of sale. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive Data disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions—is the property of Revive Data and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

Add language allowing Revive Data to determine the most appropriate disposition method, including resale, refurbishment, parts harvesting, recycling, or destruction, in accordance with applicable laws and industry practices.
12. Asset Valuation Protection
State that final valuations are subject to inspection, testing, asset verification, and condition assessment, and that offers may be modified based on actual condition.
